A rabbit has been eating my herbs. I'VE SEEN HIM. So I moved them all up onto this table. I've never seen a rabbit jump UP so we'll see if this works.

Well, I hope for your herbs that it does work, but I will warn you that rabbits most certainly can, and do, jump UP - the wall to the raised beds in my garden is 80cm (that's not quite 3 feet, to you non-metric peoples), and our rabbits had absolutely no problems jumping up onto it, and eating my plants.
Barbed wire, is all I can say. And plenty of it.
